Orders and Shipping
The orders will usually be delivered within 10 Days after purchase. Delays due to shipping providers are exceptions which is beyond our control.
YES, WE DO! If you are able to find your country at the country drop down list at the checkout, we are able to ship to you!

No, we don’t charge sales tax. For EU customers, VAT are charged by custom of your country and it will be required by our shipping partner to charge it from you at the checkout.

Most of the time yes! If some items in your order is out of stock temporarily, we might send out a separate package for the delayed item.

Generally, WIIDZ does not accept returns. If you have any problem, feel free to contact support. We usually can help customers out without return anything.
