Normally the orders are delivered within 10 days after we received the order. The potential delays due to our shipping partners are unpredictable and we are not able to control it.
Generally, WIIDZ does not accept returns. If you have any problem, feel free to contact support. We usually can help customers out without return anything.
Please contact us before 6 AM Eastern time of the next day of the order date. For example, if an order is placed on June 10th, you’ll have to contact us before 6 AM June 11th to update the address for you.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once order is handled by our shipping partners. You can tracking on carriers website with provided tracking number.

If you are able to find your country at the country drop down list at the checkout, we are able to ship to your country!
Most of the time yes! If some items in your order is out of stock temporarily, we might send out a separate package for the delayed item.
